Pari Match Terms & Conditions – Rights and Responsibilities of Malaysian Members

1. Interpretations & Definitions

Within this Terms & Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings defined below:

• "Platform" refers to the pari match website and all services provided through it, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Baccarat, slots, Table Games, e-sports, and jackpot.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account and uses the platform pari match.
• "Pari Match" refers to the platform operator responsible for managing all services offered.

2. Membership Eligibility

Pari match only accepts membership applications from individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Not currently enrolled in any active self-exclusion programme or gambling ban.
• Registering in a personal capacity, not on behalf of another individual or business entity.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

Pari match reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Failure to submit the required verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in the temporary suspension or closure of the account until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the platform pari match. Registering multiple accounts, whether under your real name, an alias, a different phone number, or a different payment method, is strictly prohibited.

Do not reuse passwords from your banking or personal email accounts. The pari match team will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

4. Deposits & Payments

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers provided by pari match subject to the specific conditions stated in each promotion. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

6.1 Wagering Requirements (Rollover)

Every bonus received must be wagered in accordance with the specified rollover requirement before any withdrawal is permitted. The rollover requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. For example, a bonus with a 5x rollover requirement means that if you receive a RM 100 bonus, you must place a total of RM 500 in bets before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.

6.2 Game Restrictions for Bonuses

8. Prohibited Activities

• Registering or operating multiple accounts under the same or different names.
• Using automated software, bots, or any technological tools to place bets automatically.
• Colluding or cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

• Attempting to defraud, hack, or interfere with pari match's security systems.
• Using insider information or any information not publicly available to gain an unfair advantage in betting.
• Placing opposing bets (matched betting) across different accounts to guarantee profit through the bonus system.

9. Account Closure

9.1 Closure by Member

You may close your pari match account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the closure is processed, all funds eligible for withdrawal will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable identity verification requirements.

9.2 Closure by Pari Match

Pari match reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of breaching these terms, engaging in prohibited activities, or for legitimate security reasons. In cases of justified closure due to a terms violation, pari match reserves the right to withhold all or part of the funds in that account pending an ongoing investigation.

10. Limitation of Liability

Pari match not liable for any losses arising from:

• Internet or technical service disruptions beyond our control.
• Betting outcomes resulting from incorrect or inaccurate information provided by the member.
• Failure by a member to follow the recommended account security guidelines.
• Losses arising from valid betting outcomes that have been confirmed by our system.

In all cases, pari match's maximum liability to any member is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim, excluding any bonuses or promotional funds.

11. Responsible Gaming

Pari match fully committed to the principles of responsible gaming. We believe that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial or emotional stress. Here are the tools and resources we provide to help members play responsibly:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings.
